Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-12 hours (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: The order will be delivered within 12-24 hours.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  • Carrier: We use Healthyium Delivery Service for shipping your orders.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Healthyium is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Address Errors: Ensure all delivery information is correct. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@healthyium.co.in. We will do our best to make the necessary changes.
